Marcella Robertson

Marcella Robertson joined 13News Now in September 2014, and you'll find her reporting Monday through Friday.

Marcella grew up in Northern Virginia, went to George Mason University for her undergraduate degree, and got her master's degree in Multimedia Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University.

She began reporting at NBC 29 in Charlottesville and spent nearly two years there. She was in Parris Island for a week, covering recruits during boot camp. Marcella also covered the disappearance of missing Central Virginia teen Alexis Murphy and the murder trial of Randy Taylor.

When she's not at work, Marcella loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
