A home featured in the CW show "One Tree Hill" is on the market in Wilmington.

WILMINGTON, N.C. – If you loved “One Tree Hill" and are in the market for a new home, have we got some good news.

The home, which is located on Chestnut Street in Wilmington, was featured as the house Haley James Scott, played by Bethany Joy Lenz, grew up in in the CW drama that aired from 2003-2012.

Perhaps the most iconic scene featuring the home was when Nathan, played by James Lafferty, asked Scott’s parents for her hand in marriage, and it was also the scene of the couple’s first kiss.

The four-bedroom, three-bath home is listed by real estate agent Lois Potratz of Intracoastal Realty for $449,500. Potratz told NBC Charlotte the home’s sale is set to close on April 24. The current owners of the home will be relocating to the Winston-Salem area to be closer to his job.

The house was also featured on CBS’ “Under the Dome” and is located on a large corner lot in Wilmington. It features a large front porch, sun-filled foyer, as well as a large living and dining area. Just off the kitchen is a bright sun room and one of the bedrooms has its own private screened porch.

When it came time to put the home on the market, Potratz told TODAY there was a slight delay — tourists.

“We had to delay the listing because there was a ‘One Tree Hill’ convention,” she said, telling TODAY that open house showings of the home included both serious potential buyers and serious fans of the show looking to see the inside.
