Netflix users finally get to hear the two words they have been waiting for: offline mode.

The streaming media company confirmed in a tweet that subscribers will get to download their favorite programs instead of just stream through a broadband connection.

The feature is available now for download on iOS and Android.

On the iOS app, users can visit the menu and discover a section of content "available for download." The selection includes a mix of original programs such as House of Cards and Orange is the New Black, as well as older movies and TV shows from networks such as Parks and Recreation.

Amazon offers an offline viewing option through its Instant Video service, but it's only available for a select group of movies or TV shows hosted by the service. Streaming services from Epix and Starz also support offline viewing.
