NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The Norfolk Premium Outlets said Monday that it would mark Military Appreciation Month with special offerings on May 5, 12, and 19.
From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on those dates, visitors who have a valid military ID can enter to win a $100 gift card every hour.
Guests also will find complimentary cookies, pinwheels, and extra discounts at many of the center's stores including The North Face, Carter’s, Old Navy Outlet, Levi’s Outlet, True Religion Outlet, and Under Armour.
Kathie Strauss, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Norfolk Premium Outlets, said “We’re delighted to welcome active duty military, members of the National Guard and Reserve, retired military, prior service and spouses of eligible military personnel to our center to enjoy special discounts and gifts this month in the Center Court located in between Coach and Nike Factory Store.”
More than 30 stores at Norfolk Premium Outlets offer year-round military discounts. Participating stores have star decals on their store front windows. Norfolk Premium Outlets also offers exclusive military veteran parking throughout the center all year long.
