VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- You are invited to tour charming homes and gardens of the Cavalier Shores neighborhood during this year's Virginia Beach Garden Tour.

The Virginia Beach Garden Tour is part of Historic Garden Week in Virginia, that is happening April 22 – 29. Over 40 clubs statewide open their area’s most beautiful homes and gardens as a fundraiser for restoring historic gardens across the Commonwealth.

The Virginia Beach Garden Tour, sponsored by the Princess Anne Garden Club and the Virginia Beach Garden Club, is on Wednesday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

As part of the tour, you will be able to tour five charming homes and gardens, plus four other gardens.

Cavalier Shores is the venerable neighborhood that began with the historic Cavalier Hotel 90 years ago.

Tickets available for $40 per person at the Princess Anne Country Club, located at 3800 Pacific Avenue, on the day of the tour. Free shuttles will transport tour-goers.
