NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) -- The Hampton Delta Foundation, Inc. is holding its 14th annual Red and White Debutante Cotillion this weekend.
Twelve high school juniors and seniors will be presented to Society as Debutantes. The young ladies will also be awarded scholarships to assist them in their future educational endeavors.
The event will be held Sunday, March 25 the Newport News Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center, in Newport News at 4 p.m.
