NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are investigating a robbery at the 7-Eleven on 38th Street and Colley Avenue in Norfolk.

Around 4:20 a.m., police responded to the robbery. Once on the scene, an employee told them an unknown man entered the store, displayed a handgun an demanded money.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled the scene before police arrived.

Officials said no one was hurt in this robbery.

Police described the suspect as a man between 5'11" to 6' tall with a thin mustache. He was last seen wearing sunglasses, a black jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, and black pants.
