NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are investigating a shooting that left a woman seriously hurt on Wednesday morning.
The shooting was called in around 2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Hayes Street, according to police.
A woman was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with injuries considered life-threatening, police said.
