CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- Emergency crews battled as mobile home fire that displaced a family of three, Thursday.

Crews learned of the fire in the 2400 block of Woodshire Circle at 1:22 p.m.

When officials arrived on the scene, six minutes later, they found smoke coming out of a double-wide mobile home.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire to two bedrooms within the home, before it was brought fully under control at 1:35 p.m.

The cause of this fire is currently under investigation.

No one was injured in this fire.

Two adults and one child were displaced due to the fire, the Red Cross has been contacted in order to help the family.
