NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) -- A woman who was kicked off a piece of property didn't quite get the message, it seems. Eventually, that led to a confrontation during which she supposedly pulled up her skirt and exposed herself.

Newport News police arrested Tracy Ann Conway, 41, on Tuesday.

Officers said Conway previously had been kicked off a property in the 5800 block of Jefferson Avenue. Depsite that fact, witnesses told police that Conway, who lived in a tent behind the property, continued to trespass on it.

The witnesses said that Conway was on the property on July 22, yelling outside the home of two people. One of those people, a 64-year-old man, confronted her. At that point, Conway lifted her skirt and exposed herself "and made improper comments."

Police arrested Conway near Jefferson Avenue and Riverlands Drive, charging her with two counts of Indecent Exposure.
