NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- A man and a woman are recovering after they were shot in Norfolk on Tuesday evening.
The shooting happened just before 8:30 p.m.
Police say a 20-year-old man was shot while walking on Brambleton Avenue. He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and is expected to recover.
Shortly after, a 30-year-old woman called police and stated that she received a graze wound while standing in the 700 block of Lincoln Street. Medics treated the woman at the scene.
For reference, the second victim was found about a block away from where the first shooting was reported.
Police have not released any motive or suspect description.
