NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- There is another round of layoffs at BAE Systems in Norfolk.

On Friday, the company let go of about 130 workers. That's in addition to the 50 or so let go in May.

BAE plans to let go of 300 people by the end of June, so another 120 or so will get laid off in the coming weeks.

The layoffs are the result of fewer contracts for ship repair at the shipyard.
