PORTSMOUTH, Va.(WVEC) -- A Portsmouth man is facing charges after police say he stabbed two people Wednesday night, including a 16-year-old boy.

Police were called out to the 900 block of Randolph street shortly before 9:30 p.m. for a possible assault in progress.

Arriving officers found the teenager, along with an adult man and adult woman, all suffering from stab wounds. They were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

After an investigation, police arrested the man involved in the incident. 46-year-old Stevie B. Moore is charged with two counts of aggravated malicious wounding.

Moore is in the custody of the Portsmouth Sheriff's Office.
