VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Lynnhaven Parkway is back open, following a gas leak that shut down an entire section of the Virginia Beach road on Wednesday.

According to dispatch, construction crews hit a gas line shortly after 11:30 a.m. in the 5000 block of Lynnhaven Parkway, causing the leak.
