PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC)-- A fox captured in the Eagle Point area of Portsmouth has tested positive for rabies.

Animal Control was notified on Thursday of the fox when one of the owners of two dogs contacted them. The two dogs had come in contact with the fox and it had escaped into some woods.
