(Delmarvanow.com) -- Two people were taken into custody after a home in northern Accomack County was broken into.
The Accomack County Sheriff's Office received a report at about 11:09 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, of a breaking and entering at a residence in Horsey, according to Sheriff Todd Godwin.
When deputies arrived, they determined the home had been broken into and several items had been stolen.
Lachelle Collick, 39, of Pocomoke City was arrested and charged with conspiring to break and enter into a dwelling and grand larceny.
Martinis Drummond, 37, of Melfa was arrested and charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny, possession of burglarious tools, and possession of marijuana.
Drummond is being held in the Accomack County Jail with bond denied. Collick was arrested and released on a $2,500 secured bond.
The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office is being assisted by the Eastern Shore Drug Task Force and the Parksley Police Department in the investigation.
