RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Two lottery ticket winners will lose out on their $1 million winnings if they don't come forward soon.
The Virginia Lottery says that three $1 million winning tickets were drawn in its New Year's raffle. So far, only one of those prizes has been claimed.
Virginia lottery tickets expire 180 days after the drawing. Lottery officials say the two unclaimed tickets will become worthless if the winners don't claim their prizes before 5 p.m. on June 30.
The lottery says the two tickets were sold at a 7-Eleven in Richmond and a Speedway in Lynchburg.
If the prizes aren't claimed, they money will go into the state's Literary Fund.
