(WVEC) -- Turkey Hill Dairy is recalling select packages of their ice cream that could include undeclared ingredients.

The containers for the 48 oz. Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream may actually contain the Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream instead.

The Rocky Road Premium contains ingredients such as almonds and eggs, which are not listed on the Dutch Chocolate Premium containers. These ingredients may be harmful to consumers with food sensitivity or food allergies to these ingredients.

The containers that are affected by this mishap would read Dutch Chocolate Premium Ice Cream on the package and the lid would read Rocky Road Premium Ice Cream.

The packages would have been purchased by shoppers after Sept. 8, 2016.

At this time, Turkey Hill Dairy has not received any consumer illness complaints concerning this recall.

Shoppers who do not have food allergies to almonds or eggs do not need to worry, as there is no safety issue with the product.
