NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- A wild scene unfolded at a Norfolk 7-Eleven Monday night, after a pick-up truck slammed into a car at the gas station.

The crash happened shortly before 8 p.m. at a 7-Eleven located on Bayview Boulevard and Tidewater Drive. 26-year-old Hakeem Graham assaulted two people before forcefully taking another bystander's truck. Cell phone video shot of the incident shows smoke from the tires spinning, before Graham speeds off.

While fleeing the convenience store, Graham was involved in another crash, this time rear-ending another vehicle in the 7500 block of Tidewater Dr.

Graham then attempted to run from the scene again, and the driver of the rear-ended vehicle, 24-year-old Henry Luschei, had a weapon. Luschei then took out the firearm and fired a shot.

Officers arrived on scene and took Graham, along with the rear-ended driver into custody.

No one was injured.

Graham has been charged with Felony Hit and Run, Carjacking, and two counts of misdemeanor Assault and Battery.

Luschei, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, was charged with misdemeanor reckless handling of a firearm.

Both men are being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
