JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are asking for assistance finding a suspect involved in multiple burglaries on July 29.

According to authorities, at 2:35 a.m., officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Citgo Station at 5443 Richmond Road.

A glass window on the side of the building was broken, and an undisclosed amount of cash and tobacco products had been stolen.

A few minutes later, a burglar alarm was activated at the Old Towne Road Shell, at 5537 Richmond Road.

Officers again found a side window broken out and tobacco products stolen from the shelves.

Around the same time York-Poquoson sheriff's officer responded to a similar incident on Mooretown Road.

Investigators believe the three incidents are related,.
