Ex-NSU player, O'Quinn latest name on the NCAA scandal list

The web of the FBI and NCAA investigation continues to grow. Now it involves a former Norfolk State basketball player. Acccording to the Virginian Pilot, Kyle O'Quinn, who's now with the New York Knicks, is among the more than 25 players to allegedly take loans from sports agent, Andy MIller and the agency ASM Sports.

O'Quinn was at NSU from 2008-2012. His name appears on a spreadsheet with the amount of $1,887.06 next to it on an agency document, but the accuracy of when it took place is still unknown. The document is dated December 31, 2015. He has been represented by Miller since he became a Knick in 2015 according to New York Daily News reports. O'Quinn was a senior in 2012 when the 15th seeded Spartans knocked off #2 Missouri in the NCAA Tournament.

The 27 year old said he wasn't aware of the details of the allegation. The NSU Athletic Department says they are aware of the report and their compliance office will look into the matter, but as of now have no comment.
