NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State got into the win column for the first time this season when they demolished Mid Atlantic Christian University 112-34. It was the second most lopsided win in NSU school history and the Spartans are now (1-9).

The game was never competitive as Norfolk State jumped out to a 15-1 lead early. Six Spartans scored in double figures.

Preston Bungei posted career high with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Derrik Jamerson made 6 three pointers on his way to a career high 24 points.

Norfolk State is back at Echols Hall on Saturday when they host Niagara.
