HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WVEC) -- More than 392,000 customers were impacted at more than 1500 locations in Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina, according to Dominion Virginia Power.

So far, 80,000, customers have been restored. Dominion officials say some customers should be prepared for a multi-day restoration.

Residents are encouraged to use Dominion's online outage map to report and track outages. To report an outage call 1-866-DOM-HELP.

Now, post-tropical cyclone Matthew, brought major flooding to several locations in Hampton Roads, causing roads to be blocked in multiple cities.

In Suffolk-

The following roadways have been closed:

  • 2400 block of Copeland Road
  • Badger Road from Whitemarsh Road to Hosier Road
  • 1500 block of Manning Road
  • 4400 block of Driver Lane
  • 900 block Murphys Mill Road
  • Constance Road at Suffolk Hilton Garden Inn
  • 800 block of Wilroy Road
  • 2300 block of East Washington Street
  • 4600 block OKelly Drive
  • 5000 block Whaleyville Boulevard
  • East Washington Street at train trestle
  • 3000 block Indian Trail Road
  • Carolina Road at Great Dismal Swamp turnoff near Cypress Chappell Road
  • Manning Road from Manning Bridge Road
  • Pughsville Road from Shoulders Hill Road to the City line
  • 1000 block West Washington Street from Lipton Tea to bridge over Lake Meade
  • 100 block Manning Road from Ronald Drive to Springfield Terrace
  • 5000 block Mineral Spring Road
  • 2000 block Pittmantown Road

Additionally, the following roadways are currently passable, but with restricted travel:

  • Manning Bridge Road/Holland Road
  • Nansemond Parkway/Bennetts Pasture Road – high water
  • Nansemond Parkway/Wilroy Road – high water – slow travel

In Isle of Wight County-

The following roadways have been closed:

  • Route 460
  • Route 17
  • Route 58b
  • Route 258

County officials say numerous secondary roads are impassable.

In Hampton-

The following roadways/areas have been closed:

  • Trail Creek
  • Charlton/Westbrook
  • Todds Lane/Northampton
  • Todds Lane/Big Bethel
  • Coliseum Drive
  • Coliseum Drive/Signature Way
  • Northampton/Berkshire
  • N. Campus Parkway/Commander Sheppard Blvd.
  • N. Campus Parkway/Magruder Boulevard
  • Big Bethel Road/Joynes-S/B
  • Big Bethel Road/Briarfield- N/B
  • Tide Mill/Armistead/Semple Farm Road (trees down/flooding)
  • Nettles Lane (trees down/flooding)
  • Power Plant Parkway/W. Queen Street
  • Powhatan Parkway/ Pinewood (impassable)
  • Old Buckroe Road/ Salt Pond

In Newport News-

The following roadways have been closed or should be used with caution:

  • James River Bridge- closed
  • Warwick Boulevard; from Bland Boulevard to Colony Road (traffic lights out)
  • Buxton Avenue (heavy flooding)

In Chesapeake-

The following roadways have been closed or should be used with caution:

  • Volvo Parkway/Eden Way (both northbound and southbound lanes)
  • Eden Way to Greenbrier Parkway

In Virginia Beach-

The following roadways have been closed or should be used with caution:

  • Baker Road
  • Centerville Turnpike
  • Dam Neck Road
  • Princess Anne Road
  • Independence Boulevard
  • London Bridge Road
  • Lynnhaven Parkway
  • Oceana area
  • Pleasant Valley
