The turkeys set to be pardoned in a time-honored tradition Tuesday are staying in a luxury hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue.

According to The Hill, the two turkeys are staying the Willard Intercontinental hotel. Photos of two turkeys in their hotel room were posted to the official White House Instagram and Snapchat accounts.

A search Sunday afternoon showed no rooms available at the Willard Intercontinental for Sunday or Monday nights, but rates fall anywhere from $200 to more than $6,000 for a presidential suite.

The Hill reports that the National Turkey Federation will pay for the lodging, as it has in the past.

President Donald Trump will pardon the national Thanksgiving turkey in a Rose Garden ceremony Tuesday.

The White House says the two turkeys featured in the ceremony were raised in Minnesota. After the pardoning, they will live out their lives at Virginia Tech University. According to the White House, the turkeys will be named on Monday.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the lighthearted event.

The White House says the first family will also donate two packaged turkeys to the charity Martha's Table in Washington. Trump is set to spend the Thanksgiving holiday at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida.
