Norfolk police searching suspect who robbed two stores in 4 days

Norfolk Police are looking for the suspect who, in a four-day span, robbed two convenience stores.

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Norfolk Police are looking for the suspect who, in a four-day span, robbed two convenience stores.

On Tuesday November 14, a man robbed the Tinnee Giant located at 2338 East Princess Anne Road. This happened around 11:50 p.m.

Then four days later, on November 17 just before 10:30 p.m., the Good Time Mini Mart at 2327 Sewells Point Road was robbed.

In both instances, the suspect entered the store armed with a gun and demanded money. After the employees complied, the suspect fled the location before police arrived.

Police describe the suspect as a black man in his 20's, approximately 5'10" tall. They say he is about 16-170 pounds.

When he robbed both stores he was wearing a black hooded jacket over his head, a red bandana covering his face and was armed with a red or pink handgun.
