The Nansemond River track and field has produced some of the fastest girls Hampton Roads has ever seen. This year's 4x200 meter relay team outpaced them all at the High School Indoor Nationals, in fact they ran the fourth fastest time in United States history. That was good enough for second place.
Lucky for these four ladies, they're not focused on place. That's not what their predecessors were focused on, and it's not the culture they've built over at Team WAR. As long as they trust the process, and trust each other, everything else will fall into place.
