After a month and a half of spring training, the Norfolk Tides are back. They were in town briefly last week for their exhibition game with the Orioles. On Tuesday they returned to Harbor Park for good with their first workout.
As usual, their is a good mix of veterans and up and comers. Among those prospects is former first round draft pick DJ Stewart an outfielder.
The season starts with the home opener on Friday night vs. Gwinnett. The homestand will run through next Wednesday.
