NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- A Blue Moon TapHouse will be joining the lineup of venues opening at Waterside District.
Blue Moon Brewing Company was founded in Denver, Colorado in 1993.
"The Blue Moon TapHouse is a licensing partnership that combines the best of craft cooking with the best of craft beer," said Reed S. Cordish, the Vice President of The Cordish Companies. "It will be amplified by art, culture, and music experiences. It will be a great neighborhood gathering spot that will welcome residents and visitors alike and a perfect complement to our already strong lineup of venues going in the District."
Visitors who will come to the TapHouse will be able to enjoy a unique dining experience throughout the venue. A private dining area that will hold up to 50 people, a tavern area with booth-style seating, a circular bar serving a collection of selected beer on tap, a stage for live music performances, and an outdoor patio.
Blue Moon TapHouse will be joining other local and national brand venues at Waterside Drive, such as, Guy Fieri's Smokehouse, The Fudgery, PBR, and Cogan's Pizza.
