HAMPTON, Va. (WVEC) -- It's been a frustrating month for Billy Wood, owner of the Wood's Orchards Farm Market in Hampton.
He said last week, thieves broke into his business.
"It's just bad when you're in the city and this happens to you, and three times in a month and me finding all three break ins? That just drives me crazy," said Wood.
Wood says all three times, the crimes have seem consistent, leading him to believe it could be the same people.
The most recent break-in, which happened overnight last Thursday, Wood said was probably the most destructive.
"They wrecked my tractor. They wrecked my hayride wagon. They wrecked my ATV. The gates are torn," Wood told 13News Now.
He says a computer with business records and family memories was also stolen.
"It's hard for me to just walk away from it because it's all I've ever done. My wife and I come down here every morning. We put in our time and I just don't know what to do," he said.
Since posting about it on Facebook last week, he said they've been flooded with phone calls, letters, and messages of support.
"All of that reinsures us that people appreciate us being here but it's just hard to put up with," Wood said.
