Norfolk police still searching for robbery suspect

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Norfolk Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a robbery suspect.

On September 28, around 4:45 a.m., police responded to the 1300 block of E. Brambleton Avenue. 

When police arrived a 57-year-old victim told them that while he was walking away from the 7-Eleven he was approached by an unknown man who displayed a gun and demanded personal property.

The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. The man was not injured during the encounter.

Police ask anyone who knows this man or knows anything about this incident to contact the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
