Police searching for jewelry store thieves

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are looking for two suspects who broke into a jewelry store on Tuesday.

According to authorities, around 3:12 a.m. the Either Ore Jewelers at 2165 General Booth Boulevard was broken into.

A suspect tried getting into the store through the front door, but a window was broken instead.

Surveillance video of the robbery:

Once the suspects were inside, one suspect smashed the display cases, the other grabbed the jewelry.

The pair exited the business using the same window at 3:18 a.m.

The broken window was discovered at 6:05 a.m.

Police describe the suspects as follows:

Suspect (1): Unknown male, 5' 8"-6' 0", 180-210 lbs., wearing striped hoodie.

Suspect (2): Unknown male, 5' 8"-6' 0", 180-210 lbs., wearing white and blue sweatshirt.
