Man arrested for Easter shooting in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Police have arrested a man for a shooting that left three people injured on Easter morning.

The shooting happened in the 800 block of Fremont Street just before 10 a.m. 

When officers arrived they found two men, ages 23 and 33, suffering from gunshot wounds outside a home. Both men were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries. 

Not long after the first two victims arrived, a third man, 33-years-old, walked into Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries, he is expected to be okay. 

Police arrested 33-year-old Louis Parker for the shooting Monday. 

Parker has been charged with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony. He is being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
