CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- A Virginia Beach man is facing charges after police say he unlawfully shot video of people changing clothes in a Chesapeake Old Navy dressing room.
Chesapeake Police say two incidents happened at the Old Navy off Greenbrier Parkway on September 27, and October 3. In both instances, police say 22-year-old Dylan N. Johnson used his cell phone to shoot video of people changing in the dressing room.
Pictures of the suspect circulated social media as citizens tried to identify the suspect. On Wednesday, Chesapeake Police said they had arrested Johnson and charged him with two counts of unlawful filming of a non-consenting person, 18 years of age or older.
The Old Navy was the same store where a Navy pilot was arrested on similar charges back in 2016.
