Newport News woman still missing, five years later

Investigators need your assistance in order to solve this case and are requesting anyone that may have socialized or worked with Kathleen Haley to contact the Newport News Police Department or Crime Line.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) -- A family is hoping for answers, five years after a Newport News woman vanished without a trace.

37-year-old Kathleen Haley has not been heard from since August 30, 2012.  When police went to her home in the 2800 block of West Avenue, they found her apartment was in disarray and that personal items were missing.

While Haley lived in Newport News, she worked in Portsmouth at a lounge off of George Washington Memorial Highway.

Haley is approximately 5'10" and weighs about 110 pounds.
