Elizabeth River Trail reopens over Midtown Tunnel

NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The Elizabeth River Trail is opening back up over the Midtown Tunnel.

The grand reopening ceremony will be November 10, and featurea  ribbon cutting at 4 p.m.

The Elizabeth River Trail has been operating under a detour since 2013 to allow for the expansion of the Midtown Tunnel.
