NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The former head of Monarch Mortgage is expected to plead guilty to federal fraud charges.
We've uncovered court records that show Edward "Ted" Yoder has told the federal court he wants to plead guilty.
We were first to tell you Yoder was indicted on seven counts of federal bankruptcy fraud. Prosecutors allege the former CEO concealed assets when he filed for bankruptcy.
The court documents show a Magistrate Judge will conduct proceedings to decide if the court will accept the guilty plea.
No date has been set, nor papers filed for that part of the process.
