Man in his 80s robbed while unloading groceries

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are searching for two suspects after a man in his eighties says he was robbed while unloading his groceries. 

The incident happened in the 900 block of Campion Ct. on Monday, October 10 around 2:30 p.m. 

The victim told police he was carrying his groceries into his home when he was assaulted by a black man who then robbed him. 

One of the robbers yelled at a second suspect before they both ran away. The victim, a man in his 80s, sustained minor injuries. 

One suspect is described as a black man, believed to be between 18 and 20-years-old. He is approximately 6' tall, and has a dark complexion. He has tattoos on his arm and was wearing a black hoodie at the time of the crime. 

The second suspect is described a white man, also believed to be between 18 and 20-years-old. He is approximately 5'10" tall. He was wearing a gray hoodie and red shoes at the time of the crime. 

Detectives are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the crime, or may know the suspect's identity to please call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
