DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WVEC) -- Two people were arrested after drug paraphernalia was found in their car at a drive-thru convenience store.
According to the Dare County Sheriff's Office Impact Unit, the car was parked at the Brew Thru Convenience Store in Kill Devil Hills when investigators found an unknown amount of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia.
Among the drugs seized were several used syringes, including a syringe filled with Heroin.
34-year-old Stephanie Lee Gregory and 31-year-old Paul Joseph Costabile were arrested. Both have been charged with Felony Possession of Heroin.
Gregory faces an additional charge of Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
