Accomack grand jury hands down 21 indictments

(Delmarvanow.com) -- A grand jury meeting in Accomac on Monday, Dec. 4, indicted 21 people, including Christopher Michael Strand, 21, of Onancock, who was indicted on charges of malicious wounding and maliciously shooting or throwing a missile at an occupied vehicle in connection with an incident on Sept. 10, 2017.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the case, he threw a bottle at a woman's van occupied at the time by four people, including two small children, and broke the driver's door window.

Additionally, the following people were indicted:

James Patrick Bowen,  42, of Willis Wharf, possession with intent to distribute hydrocodone.

Tina Marie Cole,  59, of Parksley, stolen checks, forgery and uttering, 13 counts total.

Michael Warren Custis, 59, of Onancock, false affidavit.

Oskie Lee Frazier Jr., no age or address available, possession of cocaine, transporting cocaine.

Gloria Marie Grillone, 30, of Bloxom, possession of cocaine.

Jonathan Chase Melzer, 43, homeless, attempting to possess with the intent to distribute LSD.

John Peterson II, no age or address available, burglary and grand larceny in connection with a Jan. 28, 2013, incident at C.D. Marsh Jewelers in Onancock.

Jermel T. Rowe, 27, of Painter, credit card larceny.

Ali Rashawn Savage Jr., 22,  address unknown, two counts of failure to register as a violent sex offender.

Charles David Snead, 69, of Chincoteague, DWI, third offense.

Jason Stubbs, 45, of Chincoteague, possession of cocaine.

Christian Tinoco-Hernandez, 20, of Painter, carnal knowledge.

Orlando Darnell Turlington, no age or address available, carjacking.

Timothy J. Vanhart, 21, of Atlantic, burglary, grand larceny, larceny, possession of a firearm by a felon, in connection with an Aug. 16, 2017 incident.

Kyriq Weathers, 20, of Painter, eluding a law enforcement official.

Thomas Roosevelt Bunting, no age or address available, providing false information and failure to register as a violent sex offender.

Fred Douglas Lykes, no age or address available, grand larceny, related to a Jan. 21, 2017 incident in which cash was taken from Matthews Market in Mappsville.

Sean Michael Shea, no age or address available, five counts of stalking.

Corey Wayne Marshall, 39, of Bloxom, uttering, forgery, obtaining money by false pretenses, 45 counts total.

David Thomas Wilson, 38, of Delmar, Maryland, burglary, trespass, disorderly conduct in connection with an Aug. 20, 2017 incident.
