Men arrested for shooting home in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WVEC) -- Two people were arrested following a shooting in Williamsburg on Dec. 13.

Police said the incident happened just after midnight in the 1500 block of Ernestine Avenue. 

Upon arrival, officers found a house had been struck by gunfire.

No one in the home was injured. 

Officers arrested two suspects, 18-year-old Nazir Perry and 20-year-old Dondre Pittman, after locating them in a car nearby. 

Pittman was charged with unlawfully shooting into occupied dwelling, firearm possession by felon, concealed weapon, fleeing from law enforcement and obstruction of justice. 

Perry was charged with accessory after the fact. 

Both suspects were taken to the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
