Man accused of intentionally setting Williamsburg house on fire twice

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WVEC) -- Dennis Wade Tooley ,44, is facing charges for intentionally starting a fire inside a house twice, according to the Williamsburg Police Department. 

On November 1, 2016, Williamsburg Police and Williamsburg Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 200 block of Thomas Nelson Lane. At that time, the cause of the fire was not determined. 

On July 10, 2017, while responding to another fire at the same house, investigators determined that Tooley started the flames intentionally both times. 

Tooley is charged with Arson and Obtaining Money by False Pretenses for each fire.
