Police ask for public's help identifying accused armed robbers

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are asking for the public's help identifying two suspects, who robbed a cellular phone store, Monday.

Emergency crews were called to the scene in the 3200 block of Portsmouth Blvd. at approximately 6:44 p.m.

When officials arrived on scene, they learned that two men entered the business before displaying a handgun. The suspects then demanded money from the clerk. The clerk complied with the suspects' demands, and the two men fled the scene. No one was hurt in this incident. 

The first suspect is described as a black man, detectives believe he is in his late teens, or early twenties. He is approximately 5'8" - 5'10" tall. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes. 

The second suspect is described as a black man also in his late teens or early twenties. He is also approximately 5'8" - 5'10" tall, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, dark colored shoes, and a dark colored hoodie.
