Tribe loses on Senior Day

The Tribe didn't have answers on Senior Day and lost to the Tigers 26-14.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (Nov. 11, 2017)—The William & Mary football team held Towson to just 238 yards of total offense but fell to the Tigers, 26-14, on Senior Day at Zable Stadium. W&M (2-8, 0-7) owned a narrow lead at halftime, 14-12, but was held scoreless during final 30 minutes of action as Towson (4-6, 2-5) pulled away with a pair of touchdowns during the fourth quarter.

TU capitalized on pair of Tribe turnovers that created short fields and punt return for a score, as the Tigers' four touchdown drives combined to cover just 61 total yards. W&M outgained TU, 316-238, and limited the Tigers to just 12 first downs.
