UVA Football hoping to rebound from last season

The Cavaliers putting in work as practices go into full swing. Virginia was 2-10 last season in head coach, Bronco Mendenhall's first year.

The Virginia Cavaliers are hoping this season will be a turning point for the football program. Life hasn't been kind at "Mr. Jefferson's University" the past few years. Five straight sub-.500 seasons that included an abysmal 2-10 record last season under then first year head coach, Bronco Mendenhall.

UVA has 31 fresh faces from their 2017 recruiting class along with a few key returnees as they continue with pre-season practices. "Still lots and lots of work", says Mendenhall. The Wahoos know they are still a work in progress, but feel they are headed in the right direction.
