UVA Men's Hoops Preview

The University of Virginia men's basketball team is going through a slight transition, but returns a good nucleus for the upcoming season.

Hard to believe, but the start of the men's college basketball season gets underway in less than a month. The Virginia Cavaliers will be among them and will face a year of transition in Charlottesville for a team that finished 23-11 last season. The biggest loss coming at point guard where London Perrantes, who was All-ACC 2nd team, had graduated. They're looking for senior, Devon Hall from Virginia Beach to fill the void. He returns along with fellow senior, Isaiah Wilkins.

The cupboard won't be bare for this upcoming season for the Wahoos. Among those underclassmen returning are sophomore guards, Kyle Guy and Ty Jerome. At the forward spots are Mamadi Diakite and center, Jack Salt.
