RICHMOND - A Richmond high school has something new - an on-campus daycare.

City leaders cut the ribbon Tuesday on the Armstrong Child Development Center. They hope it will help keep teen parents at Armstrong High School in class instead of them dropping out.

'It's purpose is to engage our young teenagers who happen to be parents to come back to school or stay in school,' Dr. Yvonne Brandon, Richmond School Superintendent, told WRIC-TV.
