NORFOLK-- Several families living in low-lying areas of Ocean View in Norfolk were still without power Tuesday.

Cierra Jones has no electricity in part of her home, so with no hot water she has to boil water to bathe her son.

Teresa Muse says she had about three inches of water inside her home on Pleasant Avenue.

Muse feels she can overcome Sandy's destruction because Irene caused even more damage.

City work crews were cleaning up on 15th and Lea View Tuesday. One crew was pumping water from the Willoughby area.

Norfolk asks residents to report storm damage including downed trees, flooded streets, and traffic signal outages by calling 664-7200.
