RALEIGH, NC-Flash flooding caught many drivers off guard in the Raleigh, NC area on Sunday.

People who'd gone shopping at Crabtree Valley Mall found their vehicles partially submerged. They had to wade through the water to get their cars and a few lucky people were actually able to drive away.

For everyone else, they had to wait until the water levels went down and then have tow trucks get them out.
