NORFOLK -- Some people in one Norfolk neighborhood say they're tired of waiting for curbs around medians.
In ten years, only one in the Seaview Ave. and Granby Street are has been curbed, they claim. The other medians make a mess whenever it rains, whether the dirt comes loose as runoff or when people park their cars on them, despite no parking signs.
They also say uncurbed medians are becoming a safety hazard because drivers make u-turns and park in them, which blocks the view for other drivers.
Most recently on St. Patrick's Day, residents say drivers parked in the medians and their side yards.
Residents say they're tired of looking at dirty roadway and want something done.
