NORFOLK-Some parents with children who have a hard time getting to sleep are turning to the supplement Melatonin to help.

Specialists worry about the use of manufactured Melatonin, a synthetic hormone they say hasn't been studied long enough to know if there are any long-term effects.

Some parents have reported mild side effects like headaches, dizziness and daytime drowsiness.
